When you place your prescription eyeglasses order, we’ll first check if we have your chosen frames in stock at our secure local warehouse. If we don’t, we’ll source a pair from one of our global partners.

Once we have your frames, your order will progress to the customization stage where your prescription lenses will be manufactured according to your preferences, like multifocal lenses and add-ons like polarized lenses, and they will be added to your chosen frames. If your order is for clear, untreated lenses, your frames will skip this stage and ship out straight away. 

All brands and models can be shipped to international and APO/FPO addresses. Generally, international deliveries take the same amount of time as domestic deliveries. Once your order has left our warehouse with one of our courier partners, you’ll receive full tracking details and can expect delivery of your brand new prescription glasses within 5 to 8 working days.
